Depart for Italy
Arrive in Venice and transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure in this magical city built over a hundred small islands and connected by 400 bridges. Your tour will begin with an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager at approximately 6 PM, followed by dinner. We recommend you to select flights that arrive no later than 4 PM

Begin the day in Kaptol Square in Upper Town, dominated by the monumental Zagreb Cathedral, with its soaring twin spires. Walk along Kravi Most, to St. Mark's Church with its brightly colored roof and the 17th century Jesuit Church of St. Catherine. After a stop at the Parliament building, free time to explore. The optional tour starts in the early afternoon with a scenic drive to Kumrovec, the birthplace of the late Marshal Tito. Visit the Ethnological Museum's restored village houses from the turn of the 19th century. Later, head to a charming farm restaurant for dinner of local specialties and wine

Depart Zagreb this morning and drive south to Plitvice Lakes National Park, a wonderland of 16 interconnecting lakes, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. Upon arrival, explore Plitvice National Park and discover first-hand this natural wonder. As you hike along the zig-zag paths, view this wonderland of waterfalls, lakes and trees. Afterward, travel south along the Adriatic coast to the UNESCO protected seaside town of Split. Check into your hotel before dinner at a local restaurant

Embark on a morning walking tour of Split. As you stroll along the cobbled streets of the Old Town, view the historic inner city with its dominating Roman influence. Visit the 4th century Palace of Diocletian, a precious example of Roman architecture. See the remains of the Cathedral of St. Domnius built in the Middle Ages, and the Temple of Jupiter with its headless black sphinx guarding the entrance. Spend the remainder of the day discovering the city independently, or join the optional Dalmatian Experience with dinner. Begin with a visit to the imposing medieval Klis Fortress, which was used as the film location for the Game of Thrones series. Afterward, tour a Dalmatian Ethno village and botanical garden. Conclude the day with a delectable dinner of traditional local dishes

This morning, sail by ferry to Stari Grad, a town located on Hvar Island's north coast. Arrive in Stari Grad and drive through this so-called 'island of the sun', to the main town. Upon arrival, take a sightseeing tour of Hvar. On its main square, visit the public theater, that was opened in 1612 during Venetian rule. View the Franciscan Monastery, the Cathedral of St. Stephen, and Hvar Loggia. The remainder of the day is free before dinner tonight at the hotel

Spend the day at leisure to explore this picturesque island, that is well-known for its vineyards and lavender fields on your own. Perhaps, participate in the full day optional Hvar Island with lunch. Embark on a tour of the island and pass by picturesque small villages and lavender fields. Stop at a charming restaurant, for an authentic three-course Dalmatian lunch. Afterward visit an esteemed family-run winery. Learn about Dalmatia's winemaking heritage and sample local wines produced in the region

Today, depart Hvar town and drive across the island to Sucuraj, where you board the ferry back to the mainland. Afterward, drive south along the Adriatic coast to Dubrovnik. Arrive at the walled city of Dubrovnik, lovingly named the "Pearl of the Adriatic." Check into your hotel and spend time at leisure before dinner tonight

Begin the day with a walking tour of Old Dubrovnik, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. During the tour, view the Rector's Palace, an outstanding blend of Gothic and Renaissance architecture and view the monumental Sponza Palace, preserved in its original form. Under the City Bell Tower on Luza Square view Orlando Tower, dedicated to the knight that saved the city in the 9th century. View the Dominican Monastery and visit the Franciscan Monastery with its pharmacy. The rest of the day is at leisure. Tonight, during dinner, share wonderful memories of your journey and bid farewell to your Tour Manager
